Shipping costs are based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order. All shipping is tracked, with the exception of UK shipping on orders below the value of £20. Your shipping rate will be calculated once your address details have been entered. Shipping rates and times are listed below. Via Royal Mail, excluding Highlands and Islands, for orders below 1kg & £20 value.
UK Tracked (1-2 working days) - £6.99
Via courier, including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, for orders up to 10kg.
Europe Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days) - £25.00

Limitations
Please note that currently there is a minimum value of £140 for orders to EU countries.
We are pleased to offer all international orders Delivered Duty Paid, meaning that no additional duties should be due on import.

RETURNS
We are only about to refund / replace items if they are defective, damaged or if there is an error in the contents of your order. For any of these issues please send us an email at shop@julianopie.com we will then provide further details.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
